Some ARG events are no longer being held. We are noting them here as their web sites have often disappeared. We are seeking more information on these, particularly results and trip reports.

ESCARGOT — 1999-2006

ESCARGOT was the Experimental Southern California Recreational Gaming Outing and Tournament, started by Lou Kreiger1. Russ Fox organized several of these. The last ESCARGOT was in 2006.

MARGE — 2001-2010

Missouri Annual Rec.Gambling Expedition, in Biloxi. We believe Randy Collack organized earlier events. Mark Hughes organized later years. Many (all?) years appear to have been at the Beau Rivage.

MARGE events sponsored the Hope Haven charity.

Southern Annual Rec.Gambling Expedition. This happened in Tunica, Mississippi. Randy Collack was one of the organizers from 2000-2002.
